I had a small issue with my order and, to be honest, I was already expecting it to turn into a hassle because I’m a bit picky about service. But I emailed them and they replied really quickly, explained what happened, and sorted it out without making me jump through hoops. I really appreciated how easy they made it. I’d definitely order from them again...

I assumed at least one little thing would be off, but nope — my order looked exactly like the preview. The colors, name, and size were all right. It actually turned out better than I expected, so no complaints from me...

Everything came as ordered, which is the bare minimum they should be getting right anyway. I was ready to blame them if something was missing, but at least this time they didn’t mess it up.

The package even showed up a day earlier than the original estimate, so that was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine too, no issues there. The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking kind of stopped updating for a bit, so I was sitting there wondering where it actually was. But yeah, overall... solid shipping experience.

I really wanted to like this glove, but the fit was all over the place for me. The fingers felt too tight, but then the palm had extra room, so it never felt natural when I was playing catch. Shipping was fine and it looked good out of the box, but with a glove, the fit is kind of the whole point. My glove is bold, a little weird in the best way, and it definitely gets noticed at games.
